Deposit
New client bookings require a deposit to be paid within 24 hours of receiving the booking email to secure your appointment.
Also nail clipping only services must be paid for within 24 hours of booking.
Appointments are held for 24 hours only and then are released back into the diary.
Reminders to pay deposits are not sent out, after 24 hours if I am not in receipt of your deposit, I will assume you do not wish to go ahead with the appointment.

All deposits must be paid by Bank Transfer only.
Balance of Payment
The outstanding balance of your cats groom must be paid in full by Bank Transfer before I leave your home on the day of the groom.
Cancellation
A full refund will be given if appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 72 hours notice before your appointment date and time. ALL appointments cancelled after 72 hours of the appointment time will need to be paid in full before you can be rebooked in.
Cancellations after this time will result in loss of deposit unless a Doctors or Veterinarian Note can be produced proving an emergency situation occured.
Missed Appointments
On arrival at the appointed time, if nobody is home, your cat has escaped or cannot be found in the home, full payment of the groom will still be due.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your cat is ready for their appointment at least half an hour prior to my arrival.
Heath & Safety
I hold the right to terminate the grooming session for the safety or the health of either the cat or the groomer.
If during a grooming session, the groomer notices any problems that she suspects requires Veterinary advice or treatment, the owner will be notified.
The groomer cannot be held responsible for any health issues a cat may develop subsequent to a grooming session.
I am fully Accredited by The London School of Cat Grooming and insured by Protectivity Insurance, assuring you that my services are totally professional.
Covid-19 Pandemic
During the Covid-19 pandemic I have decided to only visit 2 households per day to minimise risk of infection.
Equipment is thoroughly sanitized between grooms and I have undergone training in infection and disease control assuring you that my hygiene levels are of the very highest standard.
If you develop symptoms prior to our grooming session, please email to advise so that we can reschedule the appointment for when infection passes.
Likewise if I develop symptoms you will be notified and of course in this instance deposits will not be lost.
