Booking

Booking an appointment for your cat is easy, once I have the completed enquiry form with all of your cats details I will then email you over a price.

Please note that prices are not given over the phone due to the detailed information I require to give you an accurate estimate, please ensure that you fill in the online enquiry form.

Once you have accepted the price and we have decided upon a suitable appointment date and time, the booking email will be sent to you.

A deposit payable by BANK TRANSFER ONLY will be required to secure your appointment and details of how to pay the deposit will be sent to you in the booking email. You will have 24 hours to pay the deposit and once I have receipt, your appointment will be confirmed by text message.

Please be aware that appointments are only held for 24 hours from me sending you the booking email, after this time, if your deposit has not been recieved the agreed appointment will be released back into the diary.

Deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled within at least 72 hours of the agreed appointment date and time. You will need to notify me by email of your wish to cancel and send me the bank details you wish the deposit to be refunded to.

Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment day and time will result in loss of your deposit unless a Doctors or Veterinarian note can be produced. ALL appointments cancelled after 72 hours of the appointment time will need to be paid in full before you can be rebooked in.
